Dagartzikas, Linda M. passed into the loving arms of Our Lord on August 17, 2016 with her loving family at her side. She was born on August 31, 1942 to the late Edwin and Irene Werne in Ferdinand, Indiana. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Dr. Anastasios Dagartzikas. Her two daughters, Maria (John) Spivey and Irene (Philip) Buckalew. Also surviving are five grandchildren, John and Sophia Spivey and Anastasios (A.J.), Alexander (Alex), and Catherine Buckalew. She was preceded in death by three brothers and is survived by three sisters Lavona Suiter, Maxine Rizzo, and Gloria Rogers. She is also survived by many loving and cherished friends, including her best friend of 55 years, Margaret Merjavy. She graduated with a degree in nursing from St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Evansville, Indiana and worked as an RN at St. Mary’s Hospital in St. Louis before retiring to raise her children.

Visitation will be at St. Nicholas Family Life Center, 12550 South Forty Drive on Saturday, August 20, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. with the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow the service. Donations can be made in her memory to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, in care of The Capital Campaign at Family Life Center, 12550 South Forty Drive, St. Louis, MO, 63141
