Obituary for Ellen Elizabeth Rebstock

Rebstock, Ellen Elizabeth (nee Farrell) passed away peacefully at her home in Webster Groves surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, August 7th at the age of 68, ending her brave battle with pancreatic cancer. The daughter of the late Edward and Mary Farrell; loving wife of Curt for 44 years; treasured mother to Matthew Rebstock, Katherine (Andrew) Kay, Christine “Deen” Rebstock, Andrew (Lauren) Rebstock, Caroline Rebstock, and the late Christopher Rebstock (1979); cherished “Elle” to six grandchildren: Mason, Henry, Sophia, Emma, Lucy, and Eva; aunt, cousin, and kind friend to many.

Ellen enjoyed going out to dinner, babysitting her grandchildren, traveling, playing tennis, and being together with family and friends. Her caring personality, infectious smile, and kind heart will be missed by all.

Services: Memorial Mass Monday, August 13th at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church at 10am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice or to The Foundation for Barnes- Jewish Hospital, earmarked to The Fox Family Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund, 1001 Highlands Plaza Drive West, Suite 140, St. Louis, MO 63110. Visitation Sun. 4-8 p.m. at Bopp Chapel.
