Condolence: I am very grateful that I got to know Roy and hang out with him, whether in St. Louis, Las Vegas, or here in Western North Carolina. He was so kind and giving, with a great sense of humor. Roy was always interested in what Steve and I were up to, and he was so knowledgeable on so many things. I remember driving up the windy roads to get to gem mining in WNC; playing games with Diane, Roy, and my parents; and eating tasty meals and seeing the sights in Las Vegas. I will miss coming in town and meeting him and Diane for lunch and chatting about life. He was so good to my parents, especially during the last couple of years. And who else could have gotten my dad and mom to travel to Las Vegas, Hawaii, and Arizona! Roy will be greatly missed; Diane, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Jeanne and Steve
