The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Sharon Rau can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to the entire family. Sharon gave so much to her "girls" in Jobies. Her gentle heart and loving care was her gift to life. May a hord of angels accompany her in her journey into the Light of God.

Condolence: It was a pleasure working with Sharon years ago as nurses for the Kirkwood Parents as Teachers Program. She was caring, pleasant, and funny. She talked often about her wonderful husband and how proud she was of her children. We kept up a little afterwards and I was sad to read about her passing. You have my sympathy....she is too young to leave her family! Barb Salmo, Shrewsbury, MO

Condolence From: Donna Cox
Condolence: I am grateful that I had the chance to meet Sharon at the wedding of my son Brett and her niece Liz. From what I've heard Sharon brought a lot to the family. You will be missed dearly by those that loved you. You are now at peace with God and walking hand in hand with the love of your life Terry. May God rest your soul and bring peace to those left to carry on without you. God Speed.

Condolence From: Karel A Smith
Condolence: Mere words cannot express how very sorry I am for the loss of Sharon. Such a sweet, gentle, loving person to all who crossed her path. Her pride in all of her family shined in her eyes as she talked about them. And, what a fighter...she so wanted to live but that was not to be. I know that the emptiness in all of your lives is great and will never be filled. May God grant you peace and strength to face the days ahead and know that He will be with you each step of the way. Shalom! Karel
